"Amo preparare piatti che richiedono impasti quindi pasta fresca all'uovo e utilizzare farina di grano saraceno per realizzare piatti del posto tipo pizzoccheri o dolci con la stessa farina. Mi piace stupire i miei ospiti, partendo da ingredienti molto semplici potrei preparare sia piatti locali tipo pizzoccheri, polenta, paradell, sciatt, oppure potrei fare tanti stuzzichini a base di lievitati per un apericena".

- Antonietta welcomed our family with open arms into her home providing an unforgettable experience. Very knowledgeable and was a great teacher for all of the dishes we prepared and cooked while also providing coffee, espresso, and spirits throughout the experience. We truly felt like family by the time we left. Would highly recommend!!
