"Amo preparare piatti che richiedono impasti quindi pasta fresca all'uovo e utilizzare farina di grano saraceno per realizzare piatti del posto tipo pizzoccheri o dolci con la stessa farina. Mi piace stupire i miei ospiti, partendo da ingredienti molto semplici potrei preparare sia piatti locali tipo pizzoccheri, polenta, paradell, sciatt, oppure potrei fare tanti stuzzichini a base di lievitati per un apericena".

: We had en excellent cooking workshop with Antonietta. Antonietta is very hospitable and an experienced cook who taught us how to make the finest pasta and tiramisu. The view over the lake was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed and we had a good laugh from time to time.
