"Amo preparare piatti che richiedono impasti quindi pasta fresca all'uovo e utilizzare farina di grano saraceno per  realizzare piatti del posto tipo pizzoccheri o dolci con la stessa farina. Mi piace stupire i miei ospiti, partendo da ingredienti molto semplici  potrei preparare sia piatti locali tipo pizzoccheri, polenta, paradell, sciatt, oppure potrei fare tanti stuzzichini a base di lievitati per un apericena".

A fantastic Italian cooking experience! We had the best day with Antonietta, she welcomed us so warmly into her home and made us feel like family. The whole day was so much fun from start to finish! She’s a wonderful teacher: patient, kind, and so passionate about cooking. We learned a lot, laughed so much, and enjoyed a delicious meal together. If you want an authentic, fun, and memorable Italian cooking class, book with Antonietta, you won’t regret it!

We had en excellent cooking workshop with Antonietta. Antonietta is very hospitable and an experienced cook who taught us how to make the finest pasta and tiramisu. The view over the lake was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed and we had a good laugh from time to time.
