La mia cucina è molto varia, adoro tutta la cucina Italiana ma mi piace introdurre nei miei menù anche qualche ingredienti di altre culture, soprattutto mediorientale.Ho la fortuna di avere una famiglia che ama provare sapori nuovi e posso dare libero sfogo alla fantasia! Ai miei ospiti offrirò principalmente piatti di cucina italiana ma presenterò anche qualche piatto di altre culture che ben si sposano con la nostra!

- Awesome class! Had so much fun learning how to make pizza. I’m gluten free and Barbara went out of her way to accommodate. Would highly recommend booking a class with her if you can!
- Barbara and her daughters were delightful and this cooking class was amazing. It was a perfect balance between learning about the delicious foods we made, and enjoying pleasant conversation while we ate together. I highly recommend this class and hope to be back!
