"La passione per la cucina nasce nell'età adulta, grazie alla nonna di mio marito. E' suo il merito di avermi insegnato con amore le ricette tipiche di Spoleto, che non conoscevo e ho imparato ad apprezzare. Non è stato facile, lo ammetto, perché i gusti, gli odori, i sapori erano diversi da quelli con cui sono cresciuta a Firenze. E' anche suo, il diario che conservo gelosamente con le ricette familiari e tipiche della zona. Ai miei ospiti cerco di trasmettere la semplicità della cucina e la genuinità dei prodotti alimentari che acquisto localmente (spesso dai contadini vicino casa). Adoro far risaltare i sapori naturali, forti e rurali di questa meravigliosa città".

- We had The Best Experience with Chiara & Claudio!!!! This was what we wanted to do for Our Anniversary. And what an Absolutely Awesome Time!! Learned to make pasta, tasted some family recipes she made, and made Forever Friends ♥️ We felt as if we were visiting our family for a get together, cooking together, enjoying wine and appetizers, sharing our lives with each other. We will Never Forget our time with this family! Our only regret is not scheduling more time with this precious family! ♥️♥️♥️
