"Ho sempre amato il mio territorio e i suoi prodotti. Mio padre coltivava la terra e allevava animali, per questo nella mia famiglia siamo da sempre abituati a mangiare prodotti di ottima qualità e a km 0. Dal momento in cui mi sono sposata,  ho continuato la tradizione di famiglia riproponendo i piatti tipici che mio padre era solito preparare per noi e i miei ospiti sono sempre contenti quando vengono invitati a pranzo o a cena."

An unforgettable Italian cooking experience! I recently took part in a cooking class on a Sunday morning with Claudia and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their passion for Italian cuisine shone through in every step — from selecting the local ingredients to sharing authentic techniques and family stories that brought each recipe to life. The class was hands-on, easy to follow, and filled with tips I’ll use forever. I especially loved the fresh hand rolled pasta Strangozzi with Truffle sauce — it tasted just like something you’d get in Italy. Beyond the amazing food, Claudia and her husband Francesco created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the experience both fun and memorable . I left not only with new skills but also with a full heart belly ! Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food and great company.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met Claudia en haar man. Eerst heeft Claudia ons meegenomen voor een rondleiding door Spoleto. Zij heeft ons meegenomen naar de lokale winkeltjes en ons veel verteld over de geschiedenis van Spoleto. Daarna zijn we naar haar huis gegaan waar een mooie gedekte tafel klaarstond en waar we antipasti (bruchetta's) en verse pasta hebben gemaakt. Wij zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen en ook onze kinderen van 17 hebben van deze ervaring genoten. We hebben heerlijk gegeten en ook veel.geleerd over het leven in Umbriē. Claudia is een hele goede kok. Als je echt van Italiaans eten houdt dan kunnen wij Claudia van harte aanbevelen!

My husband and I had a cooking class with Claudia today. The experience turned out to be so much more than a cooking class. Claudia and her husband Francesco welcomed us into their home as if we were family friends. Claudia is an exceptional cook, teacher and hostess. Her passion for cooking was evident in how she spoke about the food, taught us to prepare the food, as well as its presentation on a beautifully set table. Claudia was extremely well organized, thorough and patient in teaching us the recipes. She was so very accommodating and friendly, which made our experience so enjoyable. Francesco was kind enough to take pictures of us documenting the great experience. The highlight of our day was in sitting down with Claudia and Francesco to enjoy the delicious meal that we had made together. After our meal, Claudia and Francesco gave us a tour of their family farm, where many of the ingredients came from. We truly enjoyed our time with Claudia and Francesco, and we hope to be able to take another class with Claudia in the future. She is a great teacher!

What an amazing day with Claudia and her husband Francesco!! My wife, 9-year-old daughter, and I adored our time with them at their home and family farm. We learned how to make homemade strengozzi pasta w/ truffles, bruschetta, tiramisu, and the best lentils I’ve ever had. (SERIOUSLY.) In fact, I’ve made the lentil recipe three times in one week since being home. Their home is filled with love, warmth, generosity, and care…and with only the freshest ingredients, most of which are grown just steps away on their family farm. Claudia walked us step by step so clearly and patiently through each recipe, and was so kind and engaging with our daughter. And the FOOD!!! And table setting!! One of the best meals we had on our trip. It included multiple courses: gorgeous figs freshly plucked from trees on the farm with fresh cheeses and cured meats, three types of bruschetta, those incredible lentils, our freshly made strengozzi with truffles, tiramisu for dessert…all accompanied by a fantastic family-made white wine. Claudia even whipped up a quick pomodoro for our daughter, who isn’t a fan of truffles (more for us! ORO! ;) Claudia and Francesco even gave us a little tour of their family farm at the end of our time together. Claudio and Francesco, we cannot thank you enough!! You made our trip incredibly special.

What a wonderful day we got to spend with Claudia and Francesco. I learned many things about Italian food preparation and then to have lunch at their kitchen table was so perfect. Their hospitality, kindness and love for good healthy food is unsurpassed! I highly recommend this experience.
