Ciao da Consuelo!

La mia cucina è l'espressione della semplicità e della bontà. Amo cucinare, infondendo passione e amore in ogni piatto, e mi diletto nel presentarli con un pizzico di creatività. Vivo in campagna e apprezzo uno stile di vita spartano. Tra le mie specialità brilla la polpetta di carne, sia fritta che al sugo, che i miei ospiti elogiano sempre.Nutro un particolare affetto per la pasta con legumi, in particolar modo quella con le lenticchie. Per ogni tipo di legume scelgo una verdura complementare: ad esempio, arricchisco le lenticchie con la borragine, mentre abbinando i ceci opto per la cicoria. Come dolce finale, preparo il tiramisù direttamente nella tazza.Venite a provare, e sicuramente vorrete tornare.

: Consuelo was such a wonderful host and cook! My husband and I booked this for one of our activities on our honeymoon. We ate a meal prepared by her and it was so yummy!! She prepared us multiple dishes such as deviled eggs, cheese, meatballs, pasta, etc (there was more). Dessert was the best with tiramisu! It was so nice to have a relaxing meal and get to know one another. The property she lives on is gorgeous. Would highly recommend if you take a trip to Messina!
: A very lovely chef. She was able to pick us up and drop us off at the cruise port for a small additional fee. The experience was more enjoyable than some of the larger cooking classes we've had, where here we had a lot of hands on experience. She took pictures throughout so we could focus on the task at hand. Come hungry!

: The experience was far beyond our expectations. The food was amazing but Consuelo & her family were welcoming and generous. He felt like we knew them for years.
