Sono da sempre appassionata di cucina, con la voglia di provare nuove ricette e sperimentare nuovi gusti, mantenendo sempre un legame di sapori e odori della mia Sicilia. Mi piace curare la presentazione della pietanza e mi piace condividere con gli altri la mia passione. La mia casa è grande e accogliente, sempre pronta per ospitare amici e turisti ai quali regalare il piacere di gustare alcune prelibatezze del territorio.

This was a really lovely and intimate tour - it was just my wife and I in the tour group and we had an excellent experience. We got to participate in cooking a meal from a local market to a family table, which was a unique experience. We really enjoyed this and would totally recommend it for anyone looking for something a little different in this area!

We had wonderful time with Rosella, her husband Giuseppe, and mom in law Pina. They were very gracious with their home. The ambience was great with music, prosecco, and some home prepared apps. Then we made the noodles from scratch, including ravioli, fettuccini, and spaghetti. Not as difficult as we thought it would be, but Rosella had the right equipment and made it easy for us. We ate together and shared stories. It was a wonderful time, and we will return again.

Absolutely memorable experience. Our hosts, Rosella and Giuseppe were so warm and welcoming to their home. Raviolis and Almond cookies we learned to make were the best Pam & I ever tasted.

This class in Sicily was such a great experience! Our host Rosella and her family was amazing. They worked together to host the event. They were super welcoming, fun, and clearly passionate about sharing classic Italian food and traditions. The food we made was delicious, and the whole thing felt very authentic. Overall, I’d totally recommend the class itself because the host made it fantastic.
