Sono da sempre appassionata di cucina, con la voglia di provare nuove ricette e sperimentare nuovi gusti, mantenendo sempre un legame di sapori e odori della mia Sicilia. Mi piace curare la presentazione della pietanza e mi piace condividere con gli altri la mia passione. La mia casa è grande e accogliente, sempre pronta per ospitare amici e turisti ai quali regalare il piacere di gustare alcune prelibatezze del territorio.

- This experience was excellent and the highlight of our time in Italy! To be able to be in the lovely home of our hosts and make pasta with Rossella was amazing. We were blessed to have me Giuseppe and Rossella and will use all the tips she gave us to make wonderful pasta at home. The cannoli that Rosella made was the best I have ever had. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone who visits Messina
- Rossella and her husband were incredible hosts- they picked us up from our cruise terminal , graciously welcomed us into their home, and cooked us a delicious authentic Sicilian meal. We enjoyed our conversational time with them, and had a unique glimpse into their lives. We feel blessed to have met them and lucky to have had this experience .
- We had a fabulous time learning to make pasta noodles and tiramisu with Rossella. She is a gracious hostess and a patient teacher. The tiramisu was the best we had ever had. We are thankful we scheduled this class when in port.
- Our time with Rossella and her family was incredible! They made us feel so welcome and we got to meet their family and we felt right at home. Learning to make the pasta and tiramisu was easy and fun. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend this experience- you won’t be disappointed!
