"Adoro cucinare perché mi rilassa e mi allontana dallo stress della vita. Amo molto il dolci e le decorazioni e sono in continuo studio con i primi i secondi e i contorni. Amo la dieta mediterranea, prediligo il pesce ma mi piace variare. Adoro avere amici e familiari in casa, nonostante il mio lavoro mi impegni tanto, perché la tavola unisce .... La mia famiglia apprezza molto e richiede sempre novitá da proporre in tavola".

- Maria was the absolute best host my friends and I could have asked for. She was so inclusive and welcoming. She truly made it feel like we were right at home. She gave us options about what we wanted to make. She made sure we were all comfortable and happy. Maria was also hysterical, I spent half the night laughing. Making pasta is not always easy but Maria made sure to help when it was needed and never moved too fast. Maria, was full of life and made this experience unforgettable. This was hands down my favorite activity during my 2 week trip to Europe! If I ever come back to Syracuse, I will make sure to take another one of Maria's classes!
- Our traditional cooking class was a wonderful experience. Maria Rita presented the class in a fun and educational way capturing the taste of true Sicilian cuisine. The experience felt like eating a meal prepared with love between friends. Maria Rita was generous it what was offered as well as opening her home up to make this a truly authentic experience. I highly recommend this class.
