- Look no further. This is the best cooking class! Ewa was a fantastic host. She made a fun day for our group in her beautiful outdoor kitchen and served us in her own dining room. We really enjoyed her company. She even cut a beautiful rose from her garden for my sister and I since it was Mothers Day.
- What an amazing person Ewa is! So warm and inviting of us into her home. We arrived to a beautiful array of antipasto and some wine! We then moved on to the kitchen to begin our fun lesson of pasta making. Ewa was informative and encouraged us to make different pasta shapes. The pasta dishes we made were so tasty and we just hope we can do it justice and recreate the same delicious food now we are back home!! We can not thank Ewa enough for her time and showing us round her garden we are very jealous that in England we can't grow half of the vegetables and fruit!
- Had such a great time with Ewa, great bubbly personality. We learnt a lot from her cooking and she was an amazing cook herself. A genuine and non-pretentious experience in her beautiful home. Highly recommend!
- Eva was Amazing!! Her Lesson was like an italian movie were I was in an italian Cooking Adventure! The menu of pasta was fabulous and delicious! Eva was fun and a great teacher! Best pasta I have had in Italy!! We cooked, laughed, took photos of us and the pasta! We were eating and she also helped me learn a recipe I had asked her about-a rose shaped pasta for presenting to my friends back home! Then we had delicious lunch in her garden/patio backyard! Everything was perfect and Eva was a Fabulous cook and teacher in her beautiful home outside of Ortiga!
- Ewa was wonderful. She greeted us upon arrival and introduced us to her sister and brother-in-law who were assisting her that evening. They were all extremely charming and very engaging. Ewa showed us her impressive garden and then we were seated outside at a beautiful table to an explosion of wonderful starters. The food was fresh and delicious. We then proceeded into Ewa's home for a lesson in cavetelli pasta making, we shared many laughs, it was thoroughly enjoyable. After eating our fresh pasta, we enjoyed another course of delicious pork and scrumptious sides and dessert. It was a delightful and delicious experience, one of our trip highlights!
