I prodotti tipici del territorio consentono di organizzare menù tradizionali in tutte le stagioni. Mi piace ospitare e condividere,  lo spazio esterno della mia casa è perfettamente indicato."

Mimma and her husband were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed their home, cooking lessons and the overall welcome to their home, hearts, and culture. Although they did not speak fluent English, their use of a translator made it easy to communicate and enjoy laughs with them. I highly recommend you do the same. Your bellies and heart will be full!

Mimma and her husband were incredibly welcoming, and the cooking experience was delightful. We had a great time preparing simple yet delicious dishes together, accompanied by a good red wine glass(es). The end result was a five-star experience. I highly recommend her hospitality and cooking skills to everyone.

We had the best experience and dinner with Mimma and her husband, the zucchini man ;-) Seriously, Mimma is so welcoming and an excellent teacher and chef. She taugt us how to make Zucchini alla Poverella, Bruschetta with Straciatella, Apulitan Pasta and Tiramisu. We had a beautiful evening and soooooo delicious Dinner!

Mimma describes herself as not a chef but a mama cook. She is vivacious, a great smile and constantly learning her English from her students. What she doesn’t understand her husband (the supervisor)may but she uses google translator easily so everyone understands one another. We made two different shaped pastas today from the same recipe but started first by making dessert-tirimsu-so it could cool in refrigerator. It was fun making the different shaped pasta and she was a patient teacher. There were a different sauce for each pasta, one she prepared ahead and one we did at the moment. She gave the participants time to sit, drink wine, eat appetizers at a wonderful outdoor table on the patio. The couple were inviting, gentle and welcoming that I’d go back to learn everything she could teach me!
