A pochissimi chilometri dalle bellissime spiagge della costa Pugliese, ma in un contesto immerso nel verde, è possibile scoprire sapori semplici e autentici.
La mia accogliente casa sarà lo scenario di una divertente e interessante lezione di cucina. Sarai accolto con un aperitivo di prodotti tipici del mio territorio e subito dopo insieme prepareremo una pasta fresca e il suo condimento (in base alla stagionalità), per poi concludere, con la preparazione del dessert Italiano amato da tutto il mondo "Il Tiramisù"

- Mimma and her husband were incredibly welcoming, and the cooking experience was delightful. We had a great time preparing simple yet delicious dishes together, accompanied by a good red wine glass(es). The end result was a five-star experience. I highly recommend her hospitality and cooking skills to everyone.
- We had the best experience and dinner with Mimma and her husband, the zucchini man ;-) Seriously, Mimma is so welcoming and an excellent teacher and chef. She taugt us how to make Zucchini alla Poverella, Bruschetta with Straciatella, Apulitan Pasta and Tiramisu. We had a beautiful evening and soooooo delicious Dinner!
- Mimma describes herself as not a chef but a mama cook. She is vivacious, a great smile and constantly learning her English from her students. What she doesn’t understand her husband (the supervisor)may but she uses google translator easily so everyone understands one another. We made two different shaped pastas today from the same recipe but started first by making dessert-tirimsu-so it could cool in refrigerator. It was fun making the different shaped pasta and she was a patient teacher. There were a different sauce for each pasta, one she prepared ahead and one we did at the moment. She gave the participants time to sit, drink wine, eat appetizers at a wonderful outdoor table on the patio. The couple were inviting, gentle and welcoming that I’d go back to learn everything she could teach me!
- The class was so good! We cooked typical pasta of puglia, making it from scratch! We also made the dessert, a tiramisu, which was wayyy better than the one we make at home... Our hosts were amazing and very welcoming, they were great to talk to and very good at explaining the steps of our cooking process. We had a lovely evening with them and it felt like visiting old friends despite meeting them for the first time. I greatly recommend the experience!
- My family and I attended Mimma's house in Brindisi yesterday. I have two young kids, and we all had a wonderful time. The experience of preparing (and eating) a delicious traditional Puglian Sunday lunch was fantastic, and Mimma was very accommodating of (and encouraging) to my little ones. Thank you Mimma for the memorable experience!!
