    Inizieremo la nostra esperienza con un delizioso aperitivo di benvenuto, preparato con specialità tipiche pugliesi e accompagnato da ottimo vino. Dopo aver assaporato questi piatti tradizionali, ci tufferemo nella cooking class per imparare a preparare le autentiche orecchiette pugliesi e un classico tiramisù. Durante il corso, cucineremo insieme e assaporeremo le nostre creazioni, utilizzando sempre ingredienti freschi e di stagione, con un tocco speciale di prodotti fatti in casa quando possibile. Un'esperienza culinaria completa, da gustare e condividere!

    Today was the highlight of our trip! Claudia and Giuseppe have the most wonderful family and welcomed us into their home. Claudia taught us how to make pasta and tiramisu and served us the most incredible lunch ever. More than I could’ve imagined with homemade Italian appetizers, olives from their garden, pasta, dessert, fresh fruit, coffee… They were all so incredibly welcoming. Me and my kids will always remember today and I highly recommend this experience for anyone coming to Brindisi.

    My family had an unforgettable cooking experience with Claudia at her home in Brindisi, Italy. Claudia, and her husband, Giuseppe, invited all 10 of us into their home and treated us like family. We began with appetizers, including bruschetta made from fresh-picked tomatoes. Once we began cooking, Claudia’s menu included peppers, homemade pasta, meatballs, grilled eggplant, and cheesecake. But the real magic of the experience came when it was time to eat. Claudia set up a beautiful table for us to dine family style with her, Giuseppe, their daughter, and their neighbors. Once we were seated, Claudia brought out platter after platter of traditional Italian food beyond what we had all made together. Various cheeses, figs from their garden, prosciutto, mortadella, eggplant, peppers, meatballs, caprese, artichokes, focaccia, pasta, cheesecake- all homemade and most from fresh ingredients picked from their property or neighboring properties. It was a once in a lifetime experience that gave us a perfect glimpse of a traditional Sunday afternoon in Italy. We all easily overcame our slight language barrier with Google translate and the conversation (and the wine) flowed easily! This cooking class was not just about learning recipes—it was a culinary journey through Claudia’s culture and traditions. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area who loves food and wants an authentic, hands-on experience! We will never forget it!

    Merci à Claudia pour cette très belle visite guidée de Brindisi. Elle nous a montré des petites merveilles tant archéologiques que culinaires. Les 3 heures sont passées trés vite, nous avons apprécié sa sympathie et sa joie de vivre. Je recommande vivement cette visite de la ville .

    Claudia herbhusband were great host. They took around their great property and showed us the abundance and diversity of fruit trees they have along with multiples olive trees. Beautiful place they have. Our experience in the kitchen was so much fun, very entertaining and educating in the Italian way of cooking. We had an amazing time with our host. They made us feel like family. Great dinner! I would definitly recommend Cecarine.

    Très belle rencontre avec Claudia et Giuseppe. Ils sont généreux. Ils nous ont très bien accueillis, mis à l aise tout de suite. .Claudia nous a préparé un festin, avec des produits de son jardin, des produits regionaux. Nous nous sommes régalés. La confiture de grenades est delicieuse !. Merci pour cette soirée et ce partage de recettes.

    "Ciao, mi chiamo Claudia e sono un'amante dei piatti tipici della mia città. La mia passione nasce fin dall'infanzia, grazie a mia nonna che mi ha insegnato i piatti tradizionali pugliesi come le orecchiette con il sugo di "braciole", riso patate e cozze, parmigiana, melanzane ripiene e altre specialità che conservo nel mio bagaglio culinario. Mi diverto a preparare per la mia famiglia e per gli ospiti, cercando di farli sentire a casa attraverso i miei piatti, condividendo anche con loro il mio modo di vivere".
