Siena città d’arte, città colta, città della buona tavola, città del Palio. Tanti sono i suoi volti, unica la città.A pochi passi da Piazza del Campo incontriamo Patrizia. La nostra Cesarina è senese da generazioni e la sua passione per la cucina nasce proprio in famiglia. In cucina ama usare creatività e fantasia, ma sempre prestando attenzione alla tradizione dei sapori e gusti della sua terra. Alla sua tavola piatti dal gusto deciso e inconfondibile, realizzati con prodotti genuini: legumi, ortaggi, carni, oli extravergine di oliva, ingredienti che danno vita alle ricette più tipiche di Siena, da gustare ammirando il Campanone della Torre del Mangia.

The best event we have done in Italy. Patricia and Tony were loving , welcoming, and passionate about teaching us to make pasta and tiramisu. We felt so welcome into Patricia’s home. Best meal of our 3 weeks in Italy. We have skills to take home with us to try and help if we need it. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this cooking class. The best evening.

Patrizia was so accomodating to our intolerances (lactose) by searching high and low for the right products. She welcomed us warmly to her home and was brilliant and so very patient in helping us to learn the art of making and cooking pasta. Also we were able to make Tirimisu to finish off our gastrinomic experience. The use of an Interprter was such an important component of our experience. Thank you Thank you Thank you 😊 🙏
