Ciao da Silvia!
Sono praticamente nata con il mestolo in mano in una mano ed il matterello nell’altra.Ho iniziato da piccolissima ad approcciarmi in cucina impastando pizza e pasta. A sei anni ho ricevuto il dolce forno e non mi sono mai fermata, con il passare degli anni mi sono sempre più appassionata a sperimentare piatti regionali ma anche di tutto il mondo. Quando sono diventata mamma ho fatto dei corsi di pasticceria perché era l’ultimo gradino da perfezionare. Ho sempre amato organizzare pranzi e cene per i miei amici e parenti. Adoro fare nuove conoscenze ed oggi grazie anche alle Cesarine sto riscoprendo la mia cucina regionale insieme a tanti nuovi amici da tutto il mondo.

- Silvia’s class was exactly what I expected and more ! Her knowledge was expert and she really taught us how Sicilians cook and live :) Woveerful day thank you !

- We came to Siracusa on a cruise and took a cooking class with Sylvia for my birthday and it was the most perfect day! Sylvia could not have been a more generous hostesss or a more patient teacher. The food was amazing! I cannot recommend this experience strongly enough, it was perfection.
- My daughter and I had a wonderful morning during the cooking course at Silvia's house. Silvia is an uncomplicated, cheerful and warm person and an excellent cook. In her work, she makes a point of using Sicilian products of the highest quality. She explained to us what to look for and how to recognise these products. All the dishes she prepared tasted fantastic and had a great Sicilian flavour. Back home in Germany, we have now cooked two of the dishes she taught us and have received compliments. Dear Silvia, thank you for the wonderful time with you and your family.
- It was such a pleasure to meet and learn how to cook with Silvia and her daughter. My daughter and I had such a great time and she made us feel like family. We really enjoyed learning how to make pasta, sauce and cannoli's. This was our BEST meal on my entire trip. I would highly recommend her cooking class and would love to do it again next time we are in Siracusa Italy. Until we meet again. XoXo
