    Unsere Küche ist von traditionellen Rezepten inspiriert, die wir mit frischen Zutaten modern interpretieren. Wir pflücken Gemüse aus unserem kleinen Garten, frittieren es in nativem Olivenöl extra und umhüllen es mit einem leichten Reisteig. Wir machen Ravioli mit Eiern aus unserem Hühnerstall, füllen sie mit handgeräuchertem Fisch aus dem See und servieren sie mit einer leichten Petersiliensauce, wie es die Tradition will, und einem Hauch von Saiblingkaviar. Zum Abschluss gibt's den typischen Kuchen vom Comer See, ein rustikales Dessert aus Brot, Maismehl, Äpfeln, Birnen und Trauben.

    Our food making and cooking experience with Debora was truly amazing. Five stars are not enough to describe how fascinating it was. Debora is kind, authentic and very well knowledgeable about food ingredients. She explained everything clearly while guiding us through the pasta preparation process. We enjoyed some nice aperitifs while chatting about traditions and culture. It was much more than culinary experience and cooking class.

    Debora was awesome! She was a very gracious hostess. The cooking session was so much fun and she was a pleasure to talk to the entire evening. The food turned out delicious and she even sent the recipes to us to make at home. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a fun, enjoyable evening!

    My husband and I had a class with Debora during our honeymoon. It was just the two of us. Debora was so lovely, charming and warm!!!     This cooking class was the absolute highlight of our Italy trip. Debora is a fantastic host sharing her home, her food and her stories. The pasta we made was delicious and it was lot of fun making it with Debora as our teacher. My kids are 4 and 7 declared it was the best food they had eaten in Italy - high praise indeed!

Ich verwende biologische Produkte aus der Region und bereite auf Wunsch glutenfreie, laktosefreie, nickelfreie und vegane Gerichte zu. Die Pasta ist immer frisch und hausgemacht, und ich koche gerne Fisch aus dem See und Wild.
