Hallo von Barbara!
Ich habe eine große Leidenschaft für die handwerkliche Zubereitung von frischer Pasta, von Tortellini über Tortelloni mit Ricotta und Spinat bis hin zu Tagliatelle und Kartoffelgnocchi. Ich liebe es auch, Risotto zuzubereiten, wobei ich saisonales Gemüse verwende oder es mit Käse verfeinere und mit traditionellem Balsamico-Essig aus Modena serviere. Meine Kreativität erstreckt sich auch auf herzhafte Gemüsekuchen und Desserts, insbesondere auf Torten mit Bio-Marmeladen und traditionelle Süßspeisen aus der Küche Modenas. Als diplomierte AIS-Sommelière und Dozentin für Weinkurse finde ich große Befriedigung darin, jedes Gericht mit dem perfekten Wein zu kombinieren. Wenn der Gast ein Weinliebhaber ist und dies wünscht, kann ich auch geführte Verkostungen organisieren, um ein noch intensiveres Erlebnis zu bieten.

- My husband and I had a great experience with Barbara. She arranged a convenient way for us to meet her for transportation to the winery high in the hills of Modena and to her lovely home afterwards for lunch. Harvest was just beginning at the winery but the owner and her son stopped their work to give us a tour and tasting of multiple wines. Barbara, as a sommelier, added many insights to the conversation. The lunch at her home was absolutely delicious (with very generous portions) - overall, the best meal we had on our 16-day trip filled with many good meals! Barbara is personable and charming. Throughout the meal, she explained her recipes and techniques. We throughly enjoyed our day and highly recommend this experience.

The wine tasting event was very well organized: a truly interesting and informative tour accompanied by delicious wines and tasty nibbles in a beautiful scenery!
