„Ich habe meine Heimat und ihre Produkte schon immer geliebt. Mein Vater bewirtschaftete das Land und züchtete Tiere, daher sind wir in meiner Familie seit jeher daran gewöhnt, Produkte von ausgezeichneter Qualität und aus lokaler Erzeugung zu essen. Seit meiner Heirat habe ich die Familientradition fortgesetzt und bereite die typischen Gerichte zu, die mein Vater früher für uns gekocht hat, und meine Gäste freuen sich immer, wenn sie zum Mittag- oder Abendessen eingeladen werden.“

- Esperienza fantastica.... organizzazione precisa ,posto molto bello ; atmosfera di casa bellissima e piacevole con persone vere e simpatiche,mentre si preparava il cibo mi sono molto divertita ed era molto buono ....sicuramente da rifare.
- We had an amazing experience with Claudia and her husband Francesco. We felt at home. Warm and kind people. It was really enjoyable and we learned a lot about the local cuisine. In addition, the way to the area is very beautiful. Highly recommended
- If you want to experience what true Italian hospitality really means, this activity is definitely for you! I was hosted by the wonderful family — Claudia and Francesco — with whom I felt just like among my own loved ones. I also had the chance to help prepare some local dishes and then enjoy them together at the table. And those beautiful views all around... simply amazing! It’s definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had during my stay in Italy.
