Unsere Cesarina Mariolina empfängt ihre Gäste in Menfi, einem Ort zwischen den Tempeln von Selinunte und den archäologischen Ausgrabungsstätten von Eraclea, einer Region, die sich durch Sandstrände, kristallklares Meer, eine köstliche Tradition von Wein, Zitrusfrüchten und den unverfälschten Aromen der bäuerlichen Tradition auszeichnet.

- Mariolina and Ross were the most delightful hosts to have for our cooking experience. They welcomed us into their home and treated us like old friends. The class was very informative and fun and we enjoyed making such authentic food as a family and enjoying it with such great people as Ross and Mariolina. It was the best meal we had on our entire two-week trip. We are looking forward to going home and creating what we learned.
- Brunch with Mariolina was the highlight of our trip to Sicily! Using fresh ingredients from their garden, Mariolina (and Ross) crafted the most delicious traditional Sicilian we have ever eaten. My mother was taken back in time to making cannoli with her Nonna. Beyond the incredible food, my mother, sister, and I feel like we found new family. We would rate this 100 stars, if we could!
- Esperienza sorprendente e piacevole. Ospitalità ottima Mariolina e Rosario e la simpaticissima Figlia ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Porteremo con noi la lezione di cucina “le buscate” che replicheremo pensando al nostro Gran Tour di Sicilia. Grazie di cuore.
- What an amazing afternoon! Mariolina and her family welcomed us into their home for Easter lunch. They picked us up at a convenient area to spare our car the drive down their dirt driveway, greeted us with an apertif of their home grown olives, cheeses and wines and the dishes didn't slow down there. We helped bread the artichokes and then settled in for multiple courses of traditional home cooked Sicilian cuisine. We felt so welcomed, just like family, an experience that anyone would be lucky to have. Thank you so much for your warmth, your generosity and for being patient as we navigated Italian. You are a beautiful family.
- We had a very pleasent evening with Mariolina and Rosario enjoying good company and excellent typical Sicilian dinner. We can warmly recommend to experience this nice concept especially with Mariolina's great cooking. Price is cheaper than in a conventional restaurant and on top of that you'll have an opportunity for a natural social interaction.
