Meine Küche spiegelt regionale Besonderheiten wider und bietet originelle Rezepte, dank der von meiner Mutter weitergegebenen Kochkünste. Von hausgemachter Pasta über Pizza, Focaccia und Brot bis hin zu Desserts ist mein Angebot vielfältig. Ich habe Backkurse besucht, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf die Eigenschaften von Mehl. Ich betrachte mich als Expertin für Vorspeisen und liebe es, gesellige Momente zu teilen, bereichert durch eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Weinen aus meinem Weinkeller!

- The experience at Stefania's was amazing! We had a lot of fun while cooking and talking and enjoyed the awesome hospitality of Stefania and her husband. The food was absolutely great and the organisation perfect. We loved to be in their elegant house, in their spacious kitchen, which combines modernity and tradition and we learned so many interesting facts about their history, culture, traditions. We highly admire both of them and we are honored to have been for a while with them. 5 stars from all points of view. A big hug from us all. 😀
- Stefanie and her husband are very nice hosts. Great lesson on learning how to make pizza and tiramisu, I really enjoyed the time. I got valuable tips for preparing other dishes as well.
