    Autumn cooking class: between woods and tradition. The experience begins with hands in dough: semolina and water give life to cavatelli, a simple and authentic symbol of Irpinia cuisine. Some doughs smell of the woods, seasoned with porcini mushrooms and organic oil, others are dressed for autumn with pumpkin cream and Irpinia sausage. The cooking class continues with a tasting of Montella chestnuts and a glass of Taurasi, the excellence of our vineyards. To conclude, a dessert made with Avellino hazelnuts that encapsulates the essence of autumn in Irpinia. An experience that combines flavors, gestures, and stories: each dish reveals the soul of a genuine and welcoming land.
