The day unveils with a visit to the village church where the interweaving of the Middle Ages Renaissance that is a compelling scenario, we will begin with a tantalizing taste of the typical Sorrento braid with cherry tomatoes. This is followed by a first course, cooked for over four hours: a symphony of Neapolitan ragù served with paccheri from Gragnano. The experience continues with stracotto il sugo paired with fluffy mashed potato and culminates in a delicious finale: Neapolitan struffoli and Babà imbued with the essence of limoncello.
