Dishes inspired by Andrea Camilleri's books and of which the famous inspector Montalbano was fond.
The dishes are taken from the Sicilian culinary tradition and range from the famous "caponatina " , tasty and traditional first courses of both fish and meat, fresh fish to the classic "Cannolo." There is a good variety of dishes also suitable for vegetarians, tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil of own production and "caciocavallo ragusano DOP". A real dive into the typical Sicilian tradition at 50 meters from the sea.
