Your experience
The dishes for this event come to life from an old family tradition, where simplicity and passion drive me to carefully select only local and seasonal products, some from our own production. Lunch or dinner will be delighted in the warm atmosphere of the dining room, and if the weather permits, we can enjoy an aperitif on the porch. The menu offers an appetizer that celebrates local flavors: cured meats and cheeses from the area, bagnaiola pumpkin, and tripe. As a first course, you will delight in fettuccine topped with sausage and chestnuts, while the second course will be an exquisite stew. On the side, a fresh salad. Finally, to end on a sweet note, I invite you to enjoy the delicious Rosa's Cake.
