When the scents of the sea blend with those of the land, dishes of extraordinary simplicity and enveloping aromas are born. In this gastronomic experience, I invite you to delight your palate with mezze maniche accompanied by mussels and pistachio pecorino cheese, eggs in a cup with anchovy cream, the tasty farmer's tiella, a fragrant focaccia with olives and rosemary, and to finish, a sweet chocolate mousse. All of the ingredients used come from local farms and are picked fresh every morning, ensuring an authentic and genuine flavor. Each dish can also be prepared in a vegetarian version to suit every culinary preference.

The kitchen has always been the most important place in my home; whether small or large, it represents safety and a starting or returning point with its warmth and colors.
