A taste journey of traditional cuisine characterized mainly by game and seasonal dishes, as well as good wine. I cook traditional dishes, using only locally sourced ingredients from farmers in my area. My specialties are game and homemade pasta dishes. My kitchen is nestled in the Venetian countryside, in a quiet house outside the city where you can spend some peaceful hours with family and friends
