I welcome you to my home to learn and enjoy together some typical recipes that represent Ispica and Sicily.
In Sicily, there are local versions of pizza and focaccia that differ from real pizza in both the dough and the toppings used. You will have the opportunity to discover all the secrets for preparing authentic Sicilian focaccia, known as "a scaccia." In addition to the preparation of the recipes, you will have the opportunity to learn secrets and anecdotes about the history of the dishes. At the end of the preparation, you will be able to enjoy the "scaccia" by accompanying them with an excellent wine or ice-cold beer, as tradition dictates. I am waiting for you!
