I thought of this cooking class to introduce you to the authentic flavors of our sea, learning how to prepare them together. We will start with mussel peppery, a simple but richly flavored dish, where the protagonist is the water released by the mussels, enriched only by a sprinkling of pepper. We will continue with fresh cavatelli with mixed seafood, which we will prepare by hand, and finally we will cook a delicious stuffed squid, soft and flavorful. An experience designed for those who love seafood cooking and want to experience tradition with their hands in pasta. I am waiting for you to cook, learn and enjoy each dish together!

We had a wonderful time with Rossella learning how to make Orecchiette. From the moment we walked into her home she had activities ready for our 5 and 2 year old boys, Gluten Free options available for a guest with an allergy and all the ingredients and materials perfectly laid out. Our meal was incredible and we felt like part of Rossella’s family for the day. Between the food, the wine, and the amazing company we encourage you to join into Rossella’s family for the day as well!

The world of cooking has fascinated me since I was a child. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes, but I recognize that traditional dishes are always received with great enthusiasm. In my kitchen, I always respect the seasonality of ingredients, and I'm aided in this by my region, Apulia, which offers high-quality, always fresh products. Besides my passion for cooking, I have excellent interaction with children, and I love involving them in the preparation of various dishes, especially cakes and cookies. I look forward to preparing a delicious plate of fresh pasta together with you!
