    In my tradition, kale is the undisputed protagonist: a vegetable rich in minerals and vitamins, essential in our cuisine.

    Its versatility in the kitchen is extraordinary: enjoy it on a crostone of toasted bread, along with garlic and oil, and topped with sautéed kale, accompanied by boiled cannellini beans. A splash of new oil and the dish is ready to be enjoyed. This is just the beginning of an excellent dinner in the company of Florentines and Maremmani, a perfect link between culinary traditions.
