- We had a truly wonderful experience with Rita. What could have been just a cooking class turned into a collection of unforgettable memories for our family. Rita and her husband made us feel completely at home. It was an afternoon filled with laughter, fascinating conversations, and genuine warmth. A truly authentic Tuscan experience! The afternoon ended with a delicious meal and an extra helping of the kindness, enthusiasm, and passion that Rita and her husband bring to everything they do. If you want to discover how Italians live and preserve their traditions, Rita will be your perfect guide and a true ambassador of Tuscan culture. We couldn't have asked for a more genuine and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
- We really enjoyed our tortello cooking class with Rita and her husband in their lovely home - the atmosphere was so relaxed, familiar and cozy and we learned a lot about Italian culture and food alongside preparing our chosen dish! Eating our delicious tortelli in the end almost felt like a lunch with family. It was a meraviglioso experience and we'd come back any time❤️
- We had a delightful time with Rita, as delightful as the Tortello Maremmano we cooked!
- An unforgettable experience. Excellent recipes. A heartwarming moment of sharing. Thank you very much to Rita and her husband.
