When meat was a real rarity and only eaten on Sundays, Tuscan housewives would enrich the small amount available with succulent homemade pasta. Our experience will allow us to create a popular and delicious Tuscan dinner: strictly handmade tagliatelle that we will season with a sauce of pork ribs and guanciale; a side dish of country-style potatoes with all the aromas of the garden and a limoncello tiramisu will brighten and conclude our evening.
We really enjoyed our tortello cooking class with Rita and her husband in their lovely home - the atmosphere was so relaxed, familiar and cozy and we learned a lot about Italian culture and food alongside preparing our chosen dish! Eating our delicious tortelli in the end almost felt like a lunch with family.
It was a meraviglioso experience and we'd come back any time❤️
