Make yourselves comfortable at my welcoming table to savor ancient recipes passed down through generations. Joined by a warm family, the menu includes appetizers of fried meatballs made with meat, eggs, stale bread, and cheese; mixed vegetables (harvested from my garden) wrapped in a light and crispy batter; rustic dish (a delicious puff pastry disc, crispy outside and soft inside) typical of Salento tradition filled with béchamel, tomato, and mozzarella; and vegetable frittata. For the main course, I propose gnocchi with braciole ragù and a meat roll stuffed with parsley, cheese, salt, and pepper. Everything will be accompanied by a fine local wine.

I love creating new recipes using seasonal produce from my garden. I am located just 5 km from the sea, and I enjoy preparing first and second courses with fresh fish, accompanied by local wines. In keeping with tradition, homemade fresh pasta such as orecchiette, pizzarieddi, cavatelli, and tagliatelle cannot be missing. I take pleasure in delighting my guests with typical desserts: spoon desserts, semifreddos, and finally, homemade liqueurs.
