Your experience
You will be welcomed to our Slow Food Presidium organic farm, and we will take you for a walk among the centuries-old olive trees and enjoy magnificent views of the small Lucanian Dolomites and the Mantenera forest. The tasting will include a selection of artisanal Tricaricesi cured meats, olives, and Podolian cheeses at km0, served with homemade jams from our fruits. We will taste our two extra virgin olive oils on tomato bruschetta, wood-fired bread. There will be no shortage of local Aglianico wine and a typical dessert. All served directly under the shade of our olive trees for a full immersion in nature and taste.
