You will be welcomed to our Slow Food Presidium organic farm, where we will take you on a walk among centuries-old olive trees and you will enjoy a magnificent view of the small Lucanian Dolomites and the Mantenera forest. The tasting includes a selection of artisanal Tricaricesi cured meats, olives, and Podolici cheeses, served with homemade jams made from our own fruit. We will taste our two extra virgin olive oils on tomato bruschetta and wood-fired bread. There will also be local Aglianico wine and a typical dessert. Everything will be served directly under the shade of our olive trees for a full immersion in nature and taste.
