My husband and I moved from Milan to Basilicata and we have revived an abandoned olive grove; we produce organic extra virgin olive oil, I have a passion for cooking, I love Mediterranean cuisine and the wild herbs I like to collect. Basilicata I discovered new flavors and local products, I cook only seasonal products.

: My family had a delicious meal and wonderful conversation with Elena and her husband, all while sitting on their patio gazing out over their olive grove and the distant hills. As an added bonus, we learned about olive oil and how to truly taste different oils to appreciate their specific characteristics. The entire experience was the highlight of our trip!
