Spring menu with risotto

I’m Sonia, Milanese by origin and a Londoner for about fifteen years. From my Italian roots, I carry with me a passion for good food—fresh and genuine—as well as a deep love for conviviality and hospitality. Among my favorite dishes, both to cook and to enjoy, are bread, focaccia, pesto, and seasonal vegetables prepared in every possible way. And as a true Milanese, risotto is, of course, a must. I love baking cakes, often using fruit and jams from my own garden; I have even created the wedding cakes for two of my closest friends. I am also passionate about wine, especially natural wines, so much so that I spend much of my Septembers harvesting grapes in Italy with winemaker friends. At my table, a good bottle is never missing.
