We are inspired by the roots of the cuisine of this wonderful area, rich in excellent ingredients, experimenting with knowledge gained during our experiences and travels around the world.
Don't be fooled by the apparent simplicity of our menu, prepare to be amazed! Tuscan crostini are a regular presence in every restaurant in the area, declined in every imaginable way, from the most traditional to the most elaborate. Regardless of their shape, they offer a complexity of flavors that is hard to forget. Pici are made with a flour from a local mill, characterized by an irregular grain, and are served in their most authentic form. The dessert will be a surprise!

- My husband and I visited Italy in August and found this cooking class via Viator. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts with servings of bread and Rose from the family winery. We got to know each other a little, and then jumped into preparation. We had the best time- lots of great information and many laughs. While the pasta cooked, we toured the grounds which included fruit and olive trees, and a gardens of herbs. We sat for dinner with a delicious red, cooutesy of the family winery, and yummy tiramisu. We have just arrived home and are excited to share with family and friends what we learned from our lesson. We highly recommend this cooking class!
- Lu and Alberto welcomed us warmly into their home and treated us to a delightful evening. Their passion for their native dishes, their expertise and their care for each ingredient were evident throughout. My wife and I are in our 50s and they are in they are 20s, but their maturity, work ethic and knowledge bely their age. We learned a lot and everything was delicious.
