"As a boy the maternal grandmother, of Tuscan origins, fascinated me and filled me with very succulent recipes, then the passion for the sailing boat did the rest and my mastery relegated me to the role of cook on board on the boats of many friends. Now I would call myself a 'country cook' with the passion of fish, in my dishes there is the seasonality and authenticity of the raw materials that are used. I’m very attached to the products of the territory and I enjoy preparing recipes empty fridge".
