Hi from Chiara!
I love raw materials and their research. I have been living in Brianza for a few years and I have discovered the beauty of shopping with farmers, breeders and cheesemakers. In the kitchen I like to prepare traditional or creative dishes, typically Italian or embellished with hints of distant countries. In my dinners I serve freshly baked bread and focaccia and, to finish, homemade limoncello cream.
- We had a lovely morning cooking with Chiara and her husband. They were both so welcoming into their home. And the food was fantastic! We made tagliatelle with bolognese and cacio e peppe raviolis. Just so so great. They also took wonderful photos of the event, as we spent the time cooking and then eating with other homemade snacks. Just an amazing morning.
