"I was born and raised in this beautiful land, Salento. I decided to give shape to the innate passion for cooking, a source of sociality and sharing with loved ones, like friends and relatives. Cooking relaxes me, distracts me, allows me to experiment and go in search of new recipes and flavors, as well as to give expression to creativity and texture to the taste. I'll welcome guests in a country house, surrounded by greenery, to convey to them the secrets of our dishes and cook together."
