From Pergine Valsugana a suggestive road climbs along the Mocheni Valley, to the town of Sant´Orsola Terme, known above all for the extensive and specialized cultivation of berries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries. Here, in an old farm - typical rural house of Trentino-Alto Adige - we meet our Cesarina.Evelin's passion for cooking was born thanks to the teachings of her grandmother and mother, both of Emilian origin. At her table the dishes of the gastronomy of her region, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients, which come from the farmers of the area of ​​the malghe and from the dairies.
