Costanza

Just a few minutes from the center of Trento, on the slopes of Mount Calisio, I welcome you to an elegant villa from the early nineteenth century, surrounded by vineyards and with a large terraced garden. On the top floor of the villa, you will find a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with exposed beams, in a charming attic. During the summer days, you can eat under the shade of the age-old yew tree, refreshed by the breeze from Mount Calisio. In this magical atmosphere, I let you savor Trentino's delicacies, tasty and authentic, based on traditional recipes and the fruits of the earth. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.

This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Costanza and Paolo were such wonderful hosts—warm, friendly, patient, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were traveling as a family with our two young children (5 and 3 years old), and Costanza was amazing with them. She took the time to teach them, made them feel included, and was so patient throughout the entire experience. It made the class enjoyable for the whole family. After making the pasta and tiramisu, we sat down to enjoy our meal, and it was beyond our expectations. The pasta was absolutely delicious, and there was something so special about eating a meal we had prepared ourselves under their guidance. This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a genuine Italian experience filled with great food, laughter, and wonderful memories. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Italy. Thank you, Costanza and Paolo, for such an unforgettable experience! ⭐️🇮🇹

It was a fantastic experience at a perfectly located villa with great surroundings, atmosphere and host. It was a very friendly, family feel kitchen with a large table that gave our group a fun learning experience. The host has good equipment and tools for preparing what we are cooking. Had clear recipes, gave good concise instructions. Constanza was friendly, warm, motherly. She and her husband prepared well. Her husband also spoke 4 languages, and English fluently. They showed us a renovated old villa, including many original construction details, shared their personal treasures of a magnificent villa (used to be a perfect summer house). Dinner was great. They started us on sparkling wine as a welcome toast, the with the lesson, we prepared a 3 course meals together, then at dinner, we had wines produced locally. They were very good. Good drinks, good conversations. We ended up staying for 4 1/2 hours than originally estimated 3 hours. We all had a great time. It was perfect! A big shout out of “thank you” to our hosts.
