Costanza

Just a few minutes from the center of Trento, on the slopes of Mount Calisio, I welcome you to an elegant villa from the early nineteenth century, surrounded by vineyards and with a large terraced garden. On the top floor of the villa, you will find a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with exposed beams, in a charming attic. During the summer days, you can eat under the shade of the age-old yew tree, refreshed by the breeze from Mount Calisio.In this magical atmosphere, I let you savor Trentino's delicacies, tasty and authentic, based on traditional recipes and the fruits of the earth. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.

A wonderful afternoon with Constanta and Paulo. Beautiful people and company, great atmosphere in a stunning location and a beautiful villa. We learned to cook great dishes which were mouth watering. Paulo did amazing wonderful job of translating as well as sharing lots of local information and Contanza is a wonderful cook and teacher. Thank you!

We had a truly wonderful evening with Costanza and Paolo. From the very beginning, they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made the entire experience special. Throughout the evening, we not only enjoyed fantastic food but also learned a lot, shared meaningful stories, and connected in a very genuine way. Cooking together and creating such a delicious dinner as a group made the experience even more memorable and unique. It was truly lovely and engaging to have this cooking experience together with Costanza. With her, we learned to make tortelloni and a particular filled roll, a recipe she was very attached to as a child, finishing with a delicious tiramisu. After the experience, we shared dinner with Costanza and her husband Paolo; being in their company was enlightening and extremely pleasant. We recommend this experience even to Italians who want to challenge themselves in the kitchen 😊. Heartfelt thanks to Costanza and Paolo for their hospitality!
