Hi from Cinzia!

"I am passionate about cooking, in the family we grew up in the kitchen of grandmother and uncles who had a restaurant, an evolution that made me aware of the importance of healthy and genuine nutrition with always selected and above all cultivated raw materials, another passion of mine . Our territory is at 1000 meters, a varied plateau rich in both winter and summer tourist points, walks and sports. I live in a climate house, which required sacrifices and is the result of a dream I had since I was a child when I accompanied the my grandmother grazes on the same meadow where my house now stands. My table is simple, I am told that the dishes are good and plentiful and everyone is eager to wait for the sweet that for my happiness I always keep of great surprise, there is no lack of laughter and happy chats, which always give a smile to all those who leave the house at the end of the evening ".

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of attending a cooking class at this Cinza's home during our trip to Italy, and it was truly one of the highlights of our journey. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The setting was beautiful and authentic—her home, her garden, even the fresh eggs from her own chickens made the experience incredibly special. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch, using traditional techniques and treasured family recipes that she so generously shared with us. Every detail was meaningful—the herbs picked straight from her garden, the fresh bread and wine, and the warmth of conversation around the table. This wasn't just a cooking class—it was a genuine cultural experience filled with heart, laughter, and unforgettable flavors. We are so grateful for the memories and can't wait to try recreating the dishes at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and intimate Italian cooking experience!

We received a very warm welcome and were treated very well. Preparing the pasta was a lot of fun, and the result was absolutely delicious! We're excited to see if we can make it just as well at home.

Cinzia created an unforgettable culinary experience for us. From the trip to the local farm market to the step-by-step guidance and delicious meal at the end, every moment was thoughtfully curated. She was not only informative but also warm and gracious. Her passion for life, cooking, and people radiated throughout the entire experience. This is more than just a cooking class—it's a once-in-a-lifetime, authentic experience set in the stunning mountains of Italy. Cinzia, we are grateful for the way you shared your heart and passion with us!

Cinzia was a phenomenal host! She’s very knowledgeable about food and cooking and stressed the importance of fresh ingredients, even sourcing from her own garden when able. She was very friendly and opened her heart and her home to us in a way that made for an unforgettable experience! I would highly recommend taking a class with her!
