We will prepare the home-made tagliatelle, we will taste them with the precious porcini mushrooms of the forest, a few km from home, fragrant and tasty as they were traditionally cooked in the mountains we will finish with a fresh ice cream prepared on the spot with a wonderful covering of genuine wild berries in hot sauce, a real greedy treat.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful time making homemade pasta with Cinzia. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed—the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and set against a stunning backdrop that made everything even more magical. Cinzia was an incredible host and teacher: patient, kind, and full of helpful tips that made learning so enjoyable. We discovered so many new techniques and little secrets to perfecting pasta, all shared with such generosity and passion. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the experience feel both authentic and fun. We’ve already decided to recreate the same pasta at home—and we’re hoping it turns out just as delicious! Our family had the best time learning about the art of pasta making in Cinzia's home. What a fun experience! Her place was clean and elegant and had a magnificent view. Not only did we learn about making ravioli but we also shared a wonderful time around the table enjoying our creation which we were all proud of. Our meal was complete with a wonderful bottle of local wine and fresh bread and a delicious green salad with ingredients that were fresh picked from Cinzia's garden. Our time spent together was truly a blessing :)

During my vacation in Alto Adige, I had the chance to attend a private pasta cooking class with Cinzia. She lives in a wonderful area which alone is worth the visit. Cinzia was a wonderful host and made me feel like home from the very first moment we met. She taught me how to prepare a delicious Tiramisu and wonderful pasta (in my course Tagliatelle and Ravioli). We used local ingredients, many of them even from Cinzia’s own garden and eggs provided by her own chicken, and I have also learned a lot about the cheese and dairies we used. Once our work was finished, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch with the tasty dishes we made ourselves - it was just great, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything I learned that day. Thank you, Cinzia 😊 also for sharing your recipes. I’m sure that I will be back for another cooking class. 😊

"I am passionate about cooking, in the family we grew up in the kitchen of grandmother and uncles who had a restaurant, an evolution that made me aware of the importance of healthy and genuine nutrition with always selected and above all cultivated raw materials, another passion of mine . Our territory is at 1000 meters, a varied plateau rich in both winter and summer tourist points, walks and sports. I live in a climate house, which required sacrifices and is the result of a dream I had since I was a child when I accompanied the my grandmother grazes on the same meadow where my house now stands. My table is simple, I am told that the dishes are good and plentiful and everyone is eager to wait for the sweet that for my happiness I always keep of great surprise, there is no lack of laughter and happy chats, which always give a smile to all those who leave the house at the end of the evening ".
