Simplicity is at the heart of my cooking. I love preparing dishes that bring back the flavors of the past, those that warm the heart and evoke family memories. In my home in Spormaggiore, nestled in the tranquility of the Dolomites, I welcome my guests with a lunch or dinner featuring authentic flavors: an appetizer with tortel di patate and a platter of local cheeses and cured meats, handmade ravioli with dandelion, and to finish, a buckwheat cake with raspberry jam. A genuine experience, where tradition meets conviviality.

- We organized an aperitivo-lunch with Cesarina Anna as the first stop on our group trip (19 people) to Trentino. The experience was wonderful; through a menu with various Trentino dishes, Anna explained the history of the local products and introduced us to lesser-known recipes, even demonstrating how to prepare them (potato tortel). Highly recommended!
