A delicious menu, featuring an array of Trentino and Italian flavors. On the cereal bread crostone, sweet ricotta is combined with our carne salada, and edible flowers complete the dish. The fresh Italian pasta is flavored with powdered porcini mushrooms, rosemary, and chopped walnuts, while a sauce with fresh mushrooms and speck makes it tasty and irresistible. To finish, another classic: tiramisu, a dessert suitable for everyone! A soft cream mixes with mascarpone and alternates between layers of coffee-soaked biscuits, all topped with a dusting of cocoa. Et voilà, dinner is served!

Abbiamo organizzato un aperitivo-pranzo dalla Cesarina Anna come prima tappa del nostro viaggio di gruppo (19 persone) in Trentino. L'esperienza è stata stupenda, tramite un menu con vari piatti trentini Anna ci ha spiegato la storia dei prodotti locali e fatto conoscere ricette meno note facendo una dimostrazione della preparazione (tortel di patate). Super consigliata!

We visited Anna’s lovely home up in the mountainous neighborhood of Spormaggiore. The views were stunning and her home was so warm and welcoming. It was a wonderfully intimate experience, learning about the different types of local cured meat such as carne salada and speck. We made homemade pasta on her Nonna’s pasta machine and used mushrooms foraged by Anna herself. All of the ingredients were such high quality and fresh, some even from her garden. We enjoyed sharing our meal with Anna and her niece who translated for us. This was a wonderful immersive experience into the culture of Northern Italy. We felt that we learned so much about the area and had a personal, intimate experience that was truly unique to the Trento area!
