Bread is not to be thrown away! Mom Carmen used to repeat this to me as she carefully stored leftover bread in a rough cloth bag that I still use today. In this cooking class we will relive those memories by transforming bread into flavorful dishes. With whole wheat or homemade bread we will prepare together crispy bruschetta with garden vegetables, basil and extra virgin olive oil. Then we will shape Trentino dumplings with bread, cold cuts and cheese, and close on a sweet note with a dessert made with bread, chocolate and amaretto. For a cuisine based on creativity and zero waste!

- We organized an aperitivo-lunch with Cesarina Anna as the first stop on our group trip (19 people) to Trentino. The experience was wonderful; through a menu with various Trentino dishes, Anna explained the history of the local products and introduced us to lesser-known recipes, even demonstrating how to prepare them (potato tortel). Highly recommended!
