Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
Your experience
Three dishes that tell the story of my valley and my territory: potato cake, a typical local dish; canederli, Trentino's protagonists in many variations, vegetarian and meat; and buckwheat cake, one of the most beloved desserts along with strudel. We will begin with an appetizer of potato cake, crispy and flavorful, and then prepare two versions of canederli: classic meat ones and vegetarian ones with leek and spinach, both rich in flavor. We will finish with buckwheat cake, an amazing dessert with almonds, eggs and red fruits. I look forward to seeing you, Anna.
Our cooking class experience with Anna was so enjoyable. Anna made us feel so welcome in her home, and while we didn’t waste a minute she was very patient with us and we were never rushed. Anna taught us hands-on how to make all the dishes in the proper order (and why), stopping along the way to answer all our questions, and also to describe how the techniques work to make different variations. Anna was super organized and we left with all ingredient lists and descriptions for everything we made, which will be a huge help as we make them part of our family traditions. This was so much fun, I know we will do this again. Thank you Anna!

Anna is a wonderful hostess. I enjoyed my day with her, and will cherish the memories. She includes herbs and fruits straight from her garden, a real treat.

A beautiful Sunday spent with Anna and her countless recipes. It was a very positive experience, I had fun and at the same time I learned new and interesting things. Anna is very friendly and welcoming, she knows many recipes made with simple ingredients and tricks that will be useful to me. I recommend this experience to everyone, you learn a lot!

We organized an aperitivo-lunch with Cesarina Anna as the first stop on our group trip (19 people) to Trentino.
The experience was wonderful; through a menu with various Trentino dishes, Anna explained the history of the local products and introduced us to lesser-known recipes, even demonstrating how to prepare them (potato tortel).
Highly recommended!

"Simplicity is part of my life, so much so that my friends gladly sit at my table because my dishes remind them of those of my mother, grandmother, flavors and smells that bring to mind childhood and memories. My home is in a quiet area overlooking a beautiful garden where you can organize summer dinners. I like to invite my friends to their home and offer them a cuisine linked to the territory."
