    After enjoying the aperitif, it will be nice to cook the spinach roll together, rich in butter and Trentino parmesan, then seasoned with a tomato sauce with fresh basil from my garden. Spatzle, a small format of fresh pasta with buckwheat topped with speck and fresh sage, is much loved in Trentino. For dessert you can't miss the tiramisu which will be even better with the red fruits from my garden.

    I spent a fantastic Sunday with Anna! She taught me how to make homemade pasta, a truly amazing recipe, not to mention the canederli and dessert! Plus, she gave me lots of advice that will be very useful in the kitchen. You can really feel the scent of home and the passion that Anna conveys. Highly recommended!

    We organized an aperitivo-lunch with Cesarina Anna as the first stop on our group trip (19 people) to Trentino. The experience was wonderful; through a menu with various Trentino dishes, Anna explained the history of the local products and introduced us to lesser-known recipes, even demonstrating how to prepare them (potato tortel). Highly recommended!
