Three dishes that speak of my land, Trentino. Tradition, taste, simple but tasty ingredients to taste our territory. With the potato tortel, tasty and crunchy, the tradition of simple dishes is transformed into a tantalizing skewer with local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by a fresh cabbage salad. The classic Tyrolean gnocchi are enriched with buckwheat flour which goes well with the seasoning of speck and leek stewed in melted butter, fresh sage, accompanied by a shower of Trentino parmesan. The strudel ends in style, warm, accompanied by a Trentino milk sauce, eggs and vanilla, icing sugar, all accompanied by Trentino wines or, why not, an excellent Trentino beer!

- Una bellissima domenica in compagnia di Anna e le sue innumerevoli ricette. È stata una esperienza molto positiva, mi sono divertita e allo stesso tempo ho imparato cose nuove e interessanti. Anna è molto cordiale e accogliente, conosce moltissime ricette fatte di ingredienti semplici e trucchetti che mi torneranno utili. Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza, si impara moltissimo!
- Abbiamo organizzato un aperitivo-pranzo dalla Cesarina Anna come prima tappa del nostro viaggio di gruppo (19 persone) in Trentino. L'esperienza è stata stupenda, tramite un menu con vari piatti trentini Anna ci ha spiegato la storia dei prodotti locali e fatto conoscere ricette meno note facendo una dimostrazione della preparazione (tortel di patate). Super consigliata!
- Un pomeriggio davvero bello e interessante ...ho imparato tanti trucchetti per fare meglio i biscotti . Anna bravissima nello spiegare e ad accoglierci nella sua casa ,che dire grazie ancora .
