Three dishes that speak of my land, Trentino. Tradition, taste, simple but tasty ingredients to taste our territory. With the potato tortel, tasty and crunchy, the tradition of simple dishes is transformed into a tantalizing skewer with local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by a fresh cabbage salad. The classic Tyrolean gnocchi are enriched with buckwheat flour which goes well with the seasoning of speck and leek stewed in melted butter, fresh sage, accompanied by a shower of Trentino parmesan. The strudel ends in style, warm, accompanied by a Trentino milk sauce, eggs and vanilla, icing sugar, all accompanied by Trentino wines or, why not, an excellent Trentino beer!
