What a celebration when Mom brought lasagna to the table! The layers of pasta, the rich meat sauce, the Grana Trentino sprinkled generously. Memories of laughter, sauce on the fingers, the warmth and joy of a family united around the table. Today I want to share those flavors and emotions with you: we will cook lasagna together, and while it cooks in the oven, we will taste an appetizer with cold cuts and cheeses from my area, accompanied by a good wine and a fragrant focaccia. To finish, a dessert by the glass: the Sella cup with red fruits, perfect to close the meal. I look forward to seeing you!

- We organized an aperitivo-lunch with Cesarina Anna as the first stop on our group trip (19 people) to Trentino. The experience was wonderful; through a menu with various Trentino dishes, Anna explained the history of the local products and introduced us to lesser-known recipes, even demonstrating how to prepare them (potato tortel). Highly recommended!
