My home is situated on a plateau at an altitude of 1,000 metres, surrounded by the tranquillity and panoramic views of the Trentino mountains. Here, I will welcome you to enjoy an authentic culinary experience, where locally sourced ingredients and ancient traditions come together to tell the story of the region through food.
Together we will prepare typical Trentino dishes, including handmade spätzle and tortelli, following family recipes and techniques passed down through the generations. Each dish will be accompanied by stories, interesting facts and anecdotes about mountain life, to make the experience even more engaging and authentic.
The result will be flavourful, steaming dishes that capture the warm, genuine atmosphere of Alpine hospitality, to be enjoyed together in a spirit of conviviality.

- Thank you Cinzia, for the very informative cooking workshop. I was received very warmly and hospitably in her beautiful home, with stunning views. I learned a lot about how to make pasta dough, and also made a delicious filling for the ravioli. All the ingredients were organic and the fresh vegetables came from her vegetable garden. - Our family had the best time learning about the art of pasta making in Cinzia's home. What a fun experience! Her place was clean and elegant and had a magnificent view. Not only did we learn about making ravioli but we also shared a wonderful time around the table enjoying our creation which we were all proud of. Our meal was complete with a wonderful bottle of local wine and fresh bread and a delicious green salad with ingredients that were fresh picked from Cinzia's garden. Our time spent together was truly a blessing :)

Cesarina from 2021Location: Baselga di Pinè (TN) Languages: English, Spanish, Italian"I am passionate about cooking, in the family we grew up in the kitchen of grandmother and uncles who had a restaurant, an evolution that made me aware of the importance of healthy and genuine nutrition with always selected and above all cultivated raw materials, another passion of mine . Our territory is at 1000 meters, a varied plateau rich in both winter and summer tourist points, walks and sports. I live in a climate house, which required sacrifices and is the result of a dream I had since I was a child when I accompanied the my grandmother grazes on the same meadow where my house now stands. My table is simple, I am told that the dishes are good and plentiful and everyone is eager to wait for the sweet that for my happiness I always keep of great surprise, there is no lack of laughter and happy chats, which always give a smile to all those who leave the house at the end of the evening ".
